DIVISIONAL MANAGER – Retail. Bahrain. Salary: Attractive. The Divisional Retail Manager is accountable for developing programs and policies, to ensure budgeted sales and revenue is obtained, driving sales and profitability of specific brands through coaching the individual brand managers to obtain the desired results. Sphere of responsibility requires commercial decision making and regional knowledge of GCC territories. Influencing the principals at all levels for the benefit of the business being a key area of responsibility. Possess at least 5-7 years retail management exp. with 2 years in multi unit management. Strong business & people management skills with demonstrated ability to develop others, expertise in retail marketing strategies.
