Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Product Engineer -Digital Signage SolutionsOverall Job Purpose RoleThis role will make a significant contribution to the fast growing Digital Signage Solutions business. This is a technical function that will work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to enable technical product training technology solutions design and after sales technical support Technical Competencies required Ability to repair PC board up to component level Knowledge of schematics Service, repair and the ability to do preventative maintenance Competency in firmware upgrading of hardware Advanced knowledge of IP networking (CISCO certification an added advantage) LAN and WAN configuration Server installation and configuration AMXCRESTRONExtron trained certified programmer Infocomm CTS certification Pro AV project experience with an understanding of video technology Key Activities and Responsibilities Work with closely with Product Marketing Manager for Digital Signage Solutions to develop the business in PSMEA region Prepare course material and conduct training for dealers, system integrators, end users Assist Product Marketing Manager (PMM) in technical queries and resolution Work with PMM to develop new concepts, demo kits, sales tools etc. After sales service support for Company's Hardware, IT hardware and company's digital signage software Prepare after sales service proposals for key end user projects in the region with the guidance of the PMM Must be able to travel http://www.manpower-me.com/candidate/rec_job_details.rss.asp?p_job_sys_id=24922
